Summary of Program: In a team-oriented workplace, the authoritarian style is too limited. Just-in-Time Learning, On-the-Job Learning and Training, and sharing skill sets require more than one type of interface with other people. Participants will learn and practice the differences among coaching, mentoring, and facilitating to allow tailoring the best methods to differences in your audience. Participants will organize work skills as "Inner" and "Outer" work behaviors as a way to identify strengths and strategies while building a team. The exercises will involve participants in practical, eye-opening experiences which will reveal stimulating methods for coaching behavior, mentoring individuals, and facilitating skills.
