Summary of Program: Conversations, as they move from person to person mysteriously twist meaning in the most unexpected ways. Exercises will, on the adult level, blend together the differing interpretations people bring to the same experiences. For example, participants will be provided with a paragraph of a document to characterize for its significance and varying levels of meaning. The group will then see how different various interpretations all are. Using language context Triggers, the group will practice immediately effective context changes. This seminar will help participants to clarify how people communicate to each other. Learning to bring context into the moment adds a significantly new tool to interpersonal relations.
